In late March an international Expert Meeting on the ability to predict terrorist attacks took place in Freiburg. The Expert Meeting was organized by the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in cooperation with the Netherlands Police Authority. Leading terrorism experts from Australia, Germany, Great Britain, Israel, the Netherlands and the USA were in attendance.
